Pros

- Discounts are pretty awesome! - You get to work with some awesome people. - You get to talk about bikes all day. - Sometimes free lunches.

Cons

- Poor management. Doesn't seem like management knows what they are doing. - Can be way understaffed. There are times when it's a 8:1 ratio of customers to employees. When customers can't get help, they will often get impatient and leave. Also unrealistic expectations with customer interactions. - Low pay (close to minimum wage) and no commission. - Huge disconnect from senior execs down to retail stores. - "24 hour turnaround" is the biggest joke (especially with 3 employees running the store). - Unrealistic timelines for assembling bikes. - Benefits are pretty much the bare minimum (and lots of out of pocket expense) - Lots of "talk" about company culture, but not much action taking affect
