      Pros

      Discounts on bikes and accessories, best cafe ever, flexible hours, fun product, most people there are friendly and a joy to work with. Great place for someone fresh out of college to get some experience for a few years before moving on.

      Cons

      Long hours and lower than average pay. Unless you're new, raises are few & far between, and minuscule if you're lucky enough to get one. At Trek, the days of valuing long-time experienced employees seem to be over. Yes-men will get the raises and promotions, not necessarily the those who are actually experienced or qualified. Any thinking that is against the grain will label you as a non-team player and you will be ignored.

      1. Nice atmosphere for the teams 2. work hours is flexible 3. Daily lunch ride events and 1 company ride a year(during workdays)

      Cons

      1. a lot of unnecessary standard report and paperwork for the buyer team 2. Some managers sometimes give unclear and inconsistent instructions 3. The workload is mostly fine. A good place to have a stable career and have the company name on resume but not so much for personal growth.
