Pros

The company had great employees and they did trust their employees...until the c-suite got in their own way

Cons

C-Suite is making the decision for everyone and what they will be working on instead of providing tools for the employees to complete their work and help shape the company. They use to say and help talk about "letting the employees be the experts and help make decisions", that has stopped and now everyone just waits for what the president wants. Everyone is afraid to say no so people are changing direction after every meeting and burnt out from it. You can tell when all the original thoughts stopped and it was only regurgitated Jim Collins quotes that was helping make decisions

Pros

Good products, good employee discounts, good cafeteria

Cons

IT & Digital is treated as disposable commodity at Trek. Jobs are moving to India and headcount is decreasing.
