Falling morale

Pros

Casual environment and great coworkers

Cons

Leadership didn't take any responsibility for botched supply chain issues after the pandemic. Layoffs resulted is some of the best people leaving. Morale is even worse than the pay. Low turnover results in little opportunity to grow.

Pros

Company CAN care about you a lot and the discounts are vast - great people

Cons

With the stage of the industry currently, wages have been cut for sales people while high level executives are increasing their pay. John Burke (owner of Trek) will fire you if you give constructive feedback on the company. Pay is not evenly distributed. Some parts sold dont work as functioned and they make us do damage control on poor engineering. They claim you can grow and rise within the company, this is extremely false from my own experience and others experiences
