      Discounts on parts but carrying 50% less items.

      Cons

      Owner is ruining his father's company No profit sharing in years In house insurance skyrocketing last several years. Warehouse is treated poorly compared to their corporate HQ 20min away Several rounds of Mass Layoffs Below average pay Warehouse isnt air conditioned and gets horrendously hot while admin offices have AC.

      Pros

      401K and healthcare options are ok. Fairly good company culture. Travel depending on team.

      Cons

      Mobility, Pay, promised roles I never got offers for, promised pay increases that never enacted when management changed. Fired after putting in my two weeks. Had to cover for management when they left without support.

      Discount, coworkers, customers, pay, great networking location.

      Cons

      There are zero opportunities. Every “promotion” is an external hire. Hours are cut every single winter even though its promised they will not. Upper management is incompetent to say the least. District managers forcing their employees to work several weeks in a row with no days off, limited visits, and broken promises being more common than company updates. Every boss I ever had at this company was fired; that is a poor reflection of their hiring practices more than anything.
