Pros

Working at Trekker was.a bit different for the first 6 month's I was the only person that spoke english. I was,still able to get them in with the largest contractors.

Pros

Great associates for the most part. Great individual health insurance rates. The pay is at or above the industry standard for most positions

Cons

Family or employee + spouse insurance rates are horrendous. Upper management takes a long time to make decisions as far as pay, etc.

totally racist organization if your not Hispanic do not apply . not willing to be competitive in the marketplace
