Cons

Not for good technically serious engineers. Its a IT business unit of a factory . basically factory driven IT department , driven by factory product management . No technical leadership in terms of IT . Any one play any role .

Fast moving and dynamic, some very good people. Presence in many countries so many opportunities to travel in the right job.

Cons

Occasionally looks down on the customer behind closed doors. This isn't particularly unusual in an environment where the company is a respected expert in a field, but still grates sometimes.
