Transition from family to corporate. A block in management. Different rules for some depts

Keeps increasing the portion of Medical premium to offset their own healthcare contribution this past year. The past 2 restructures have gutted all confidence in management -and are creating huge divisions between offices. The decisions have negative impact on the income of employees and the stress/mental health level within the offices. They value EBIT contribution over hard work, dedication. The most recent restructure was marketed as creating more opportunities for lateral movement, but it actually reduced mid-level jobs and opportunites. This is the complete opposite of the lip-service we were given. No merit based raises, only "cost-of-living" if the office made targets-and are lower than inflationary trends. Employees staying with the company long term can expect to see their worth erroded year over year. Pay is 10-20% lower that regional "market rate." Growth through acquisition isn't a viable long term strategy.
