      Pros

      1. Salary 2. Tech 3. Coworkers 4. Location 5. Advancement Overall, the company is great, very fair and balanced. I do not feel over worked and good pay. Note, pay is actually higher.

      Cons

      1. Occasional mismanagement 2. Time wasting in unimportant projects Nothing to bad to say, just that there are times when you feel like you are working on projects where you feel that your time is better used elsewhere.

      Pros

      Good pay, flexible working hours and some very lovely, capable people, trying their best.

      Cons

      Very naive and emotionally immature core management team. Petty squabbles and politics amongst them create departmental barriers within the organisation. More seriously, if the facts don't fit the story that they want to tell, they will 'shoot the messenger' and promote the story they want rather than the truth. If you think you can cope with the stress of constantly covering for incompetent technical direction and still sleep at night, then good luck.
