      Tuition reimbursement, competitive pay, extended time off during Christmas and New Year's Day. some travel may be required for work reasons

      Favoritism, Incompetent management, false promises, very few time benefits, little to no job security, fake promotions, very few pay increases

      Pros

      Generous benefits and paid holiday schedule. Nothing else about this company would be considered a pro. But there's a 20 word minimum for this field.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything else. No training program. No guidance or expectations communicated. No performance reviews or mentorship. No communication if you're doing your job well or correctly. Communication that you're not meeting expectations comes in the form of being relieved of employment with no notice or reason given. If you're not in the inner circle of the good ol'boy network, you're doomed before you even start.
