      Pros

      Good work environment, nice welcoming people. it is on the outskirts of helsingor but transport is good, HR department is also nice.

      Cons

      everyday work is a rush, but big plans take forever to be decided upon.

      Pros

      Reputation within sealing industry is good. Clean and safe working environment. There were some good people here, sadly many have left or been fired.

      Cons

      Union runs the plant. Corporate is focused on acquisitions more than investing in people. Employee engagement is a buzz word, but no real actions to engage employees. HR views people as replaceable, not as assets. They even have a saying "We pay for the position, not the person".

      Pros

      Good Direction from Management and, a good long term outlook when I worked there. Oil can be boom or bust.

      Cons

      During a ramp the hours get crazy. It can be tough to balance work, home and health. I think it's the same at most places.
