      - An international company with interactions with colleagues all around the world. - The local structures are small so the jobs within them can be quite cross-functional.

      Cons

      - Each structure is managed locally and is quite small, so the opportunities for internal mobility (whether in another structure or the same) are very rare. - Do not expect any professional training plan or trainings delivering official certifications.
