      The people are great. Its a good job to start at if you don't have anywhere else to go. Okay job security

      Cons

      Management is slowly killing the company and is also making jobs more difficult. The union is nice but can be your enemy at times. Prepare to get your back stabbed a few times as well. It more production than actual machining. Skill level doesn't matter. Seniority and union runs all.
