      people at the lower and from manufacturing are good.

      Pros

      Good People, excellent product. Forward thinking and innovative company with a world wide presence. Nice place to work with excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Not much room for promotions, European management with somewhat of an American disconnect. Lack of support at times due to under staffing.

      If you are keen to learn and don't want to sit on bench then it is a good company. I learned a lot here. For fresher it is good company.

      Cons

      Higher management is not good at all and in terms of salary i can't give any positive feedback.
