      Only a great place to work if you love politics

      Pros

      They are a small business unit that is part of a massive international organization. There are a few good people there, though they are not as good as they were when they started.

      Cons

      There is a terribly political climate there that either corrupts or chases off good people. The Managing Director is a wicked person with a great smile and charming personality. He encourages internal competition and will cast you aside on a whim.

      Pros

      You will enjoy freedom at work. Company is well equipped with latest technologies and you'll be responsible for you work and handling the project as if you are the owner of the project.

      Cons

      Startup company, so you may not find as much fun as other companies have in their work culture. Sometimes work pressure is too much and can ruin your weekends
