If you work extremely hard, work extra hours constantly, volunteer for anything extra, and work weekends (or your days off) you may have a slight opportunity to move up.

Cons

Management does absolutely NOTHING to help or support the workers who are hard working. If you have a no fault problem with another coworker, management does nothing to address it. You may be threatened physically and emotionally, however management will only take care of the aggressor. As in...let them do what they want.

Cons

Low salaries, no benefits, employee engagement very low. Management due to the structure in some business areas on level of despair. HR department big but pretty much useless.
