      Pros

      - Great company culture and environment - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Wonderful team and co-workers - Beautiful campus/building - Respectful, caring, and engaged CEO - No micromanaging. I've always felt like I was given autonomy in my roles here

      Cons

      Every day can look different from the previous one. I personally enjoy having assorted elements included with each new day, but that type of varied work style has potential to not be favorable for people who prefer more structure or consistency.

      Pros

      Great company with a solid values-based vison and customer-focused business model. Management Team always strives to make this culturally diverse and cross functional team stay connected and feel valued, even thru the challenges of teleworking and other COVID related hurdles. Compensation and Benefit packages are very competitive with similar industry employers.

      None so far...company continues to steadily grow in an ever evolving tech market.
