Life work balance. The atmosphere is quite easy. People are friendly, work hour is also very flexible. If you are not a workaholic who pursues for better career path, this might be a good choice

Cons

Lack of main objective. As the IT industry is moving very fast, Trend Micro seems doesn't have its objective. Re-org happens all the time in this company, but I don''t see the point. Some employees are too leisure and carefree, this might drive aggressive workers out of this company.
