Pros

Money and days scheduled to work.

Cons

Not enough communication, claims safety is top priority but the production is. Pretty much the same as any other business in that field.

Safety is an area where we can always improve, and the company's taken big strides to make things better, including hiring a new director for environmental, health and safety, and launching a company-wide overhaul of our safety systems and processes this year. Change has already begun and big things are on the horizon.

Overtime and they put you everywhere if asked. Pay starts out alright

Management is in their own world
