Pros

No Forced North East/West Coast Open Home time (you choose length on road or home) Small enough to know my name Large enough to have many customers New Trucks Terminals in Strategic locations

Cons

Pay is Sub-Par Too many Trailers out of service No uniformity to Terminals Constantly hiring and most terminals don't have room for personal vehicles Communication: Sometimes on hold for 15+ minutes just to give Empty trailer number because Omnitracs macro for trailer messes up the system Omnitracs scanner only works when it wants to Too many customers use trailers for storage Trucks are Volvo
