Pros

They do let you get home whenever you want to and as long as you want to . I have a great driver manager he gets me between 2800 to 3200 miles a week consistently.

Cons

Been with them for 6 years and my per mile pay is only .47 cents that just went up on April 2021. Also be prepared to slip seat if you come to work for them. You are not assigned a permanent truck they make this perfectly clear and orientation (which is 3 days) HealthCare coverage sucks they have the bare minimum the law will allow.
