Pros

No micro managing. Leadership has your back when it comes to trades not performing. 3 weeks vacation. Quarterly bonus. 401k match that starts immediately.

Cons

Difficult to advance. Medical benefits are mid tier. Raises are only given out once a year and are not based on your hard work but rather what percentile you are in. 50th percentile is the target, if you’re below that you’ll get more, if you’re above that you will get less.

Pros

The working employees are a solid group. Lots of alcohol related social events.

Cons

I received more training on "how to be a LBGTQ ally" and "how to spot discrimination in the workplace" than I ever received in how to do my job "the tri pointe way."
