      The working employees are a solid group. Lots of alcohol related social events.

      Cons

      I received more training on "how to be a LBGTQ ally" and "how to spot discrimination in the workplace" than I ever received in how to do my job "the tri pointe way."

      Management values and listens to Salespeople. 3 weeks vacation + 401k partial match. 21st Century management style rather than fear and intimidation. Shared sales floor means better work harmony.

      Cons

      High deductible healthcare plan. Fewer decisions being made at the local level has added a layer of bureaucracy.
