      Great pay, no loyalty, poor communication, horrible leaders/mentors.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, some of the Directors or "Vice Presidents" are not very good leaders.

      The people who work for TriPointe at the local level are amazing! They begin to feel like family and will support you in any and every way possible.

      Cons

      TriPointe came in a began changing things within the company and it began to feel much more "corporate".
