Pros

I enjoyed my tenure with Quadrant Homes, it has been a great ride, the leadership is great with positive vibes all around

Cons

Unfortunately because of the COVID crisis my position along with 30 others' positions were eliminated. This is challenging to say the least, as we had right sized the company 18 months ago. Parent company Tri Pointe Group has to answer to shareholders even though the current market and sales were leading the corporation!

Pros

Great team environment. Shared sales floor and great marketing support.

Cons

They consistently move the ball on commissions for sales people. Cut bonuses for construction, quality and warranty staff. Not a reliable pay stream compared to other builders. Starts on homes to STOP July 1, 2020. So if you are joining you MUST have 12 months of savings to prosper. Also, paperwork processes have tripled with three systems needed to create a contract. No final price to buyer in system until after Pre-Con which creates distrust and non-transparency to buyers. Systems are HORRIBLE.
