Good people, not a lot of travel, good work/life balance.

Cons

Pay is awful compared to similar jobs in the area or even other states. They throw you in on day 1 with no training, no equipment, no business cards, no phone, etc. You have to use your own cell phone daily and they don’t help pay. They’re getting rid of current Loan Operators and bringing in new ones called National Direct Loan Operators and paying them a flat bonus of $400 per loan. Ridiculous!
