      Pros

      Great people to work for and work with! Have a great work/life balance and genuinely care about a person beyond what they can do for the company.

      Cons

      Our scheduling and purchasing department can put unneeded pressure to perform our jobs with either insufficient vendors or rushed schedules to close houses in tighter deadlines than they should really be closed in. Salary is also low for the area average for my position.
