Pros

Great opportunity to learn. Most of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

Even though it is a multimillion dollar company, don't expect a decent raise, ever. It's difficult to move out of the entry level position you're hired in to, unless you're related to someone.

Pros

Working for Trendmaker Homes has been a wonderful experience for me so far. I have never worked for a more supportive company. The departments communicate well together and the company creates many opportunities to grow and advance within the company.

Cons

No cons. at this time.

Thanks for your feedback. In our last open enrollment cycle, our benefits group gave out some information regarding how our benefits compare with the industry average. That presentation can be found on our internal benefits website. However, just to note a couple of items from the presentation, our company on average covers 90% of our premium costs and according to several of our newer employees, our premiums are lower than many of our competitors. Our deductible is also the lowest allowed by the IRS to still qualify as a high deductible plan - which is key to be able to participate in a health savings account. Feel free to see HR for any clarification needed on any of our benefits.
