Pros

Company is focused on employees more than any other company I have worked for in this industry. Work/Life balance is respected and company culture/atmosphere is very positive and fun. The company is very highly respected in the industry so that helps too.

Cons

Since this is a growing company there are always going to be minor frustrations but overall not many cons. Its hard to find something to complain about here.

Cons

Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.

-Nice office space - $100 holiday "gift" from management - Lots of smiles and positive messaging from leadership, followed by sudden job cuts - Team offsites offered occasionally, depending on department

Cons

- Extremely corporate culture; influx of Irvine Company leadership has made it feel like Irvine Company 2.0 - Heavy workload with little flexibility - Despite stated “heart” values, employee well-being is not a priority in practice - No remote work flexibility - Benefits package is underwhelming - Competitive, ego-driven environment with low authenticity
