Great company, with small flaws

Pros

- Smaller company that allows you to have multiple hands in projects - Great way to collaborate and able to learn from many senior engineers - Able to be hands on with testing, prototyping, and 3D printing - Management is reasonable and willing to listen

Cons

- Some office politics - Main client is the Navy, so be prepared to be at the whims of their requests.

High turn over. They are making an effort to hold on to people to. Amazing. The job may look easy at first glance. Expect real challenges and bad surprises.
