Benefits package. Free lunch.

Cons

Culture. Lack of structure. Training. Not a friendly environment. Favoritism. Management remained oblivious to culture changes in the department. Unproductive weekly team meetings (meetings are focused more on personal issues). Very unorganized. No communication or people skills.

Amazing Co Workers in my office.

Cons

No work life balance atleast in my department. Horrible Upper Management. I was told I was getting a promotion and they worked me and used me until they fazed out the whole payroll department in my State

Awesome culture, Director of Payroll cared about direct reports, good benefits and PTO plan.

Cons

Too much focus on "numbers" and not enough about individual growth and development, focused more on statistics rather than individual accomplishment.
