Pros

Company treats everyone with respect and does a lot to ensure morale is high. Hires a lot of young professionals who are looking to get started in their sales career.

Cons

As with any sales job, it is tough to make friends, everyone is out to get their money with little respect to rules of engagement

We are glad to hear that you feel we treat our colleagues with respect and that our efforts to keep morale high are working. We do work hard on both accounts. You’ll be happy to learn that additional training is in the works, as our employees’ success is an important consideration that we take seriously. Thank you for your input.

Pros

Good benefits- medical, dental, and vision. They include short term and long term insurance. Small 401k match

Cons

For Sales- If you are seriously looking for work at trinet do yourself a favor and connect with past employees and also current employees (ask them to talk off record)- they will all tell you that is one of the worst places to work. The job is demanding but no more demanding than most sales jobs- this is a terrible excuse at why turnover is over 50% and employee morale at an all-time low. BULLYING and micromanagement are at a max, a constant everyday. A week or even a day doesn't go by when a certain sales executive doesn't threaten employee(s) for their job and security. Think mr. New York macho but with "smaller hands". This is widely known, so its funny to see HR's response, to many claims, why wouldn't somebody reach out to them- because nothing is ever done! Sexism, favoritism, & cronyism are rampant plus new ideas are disregarded. Do your research on this company, just don't jump at the pretty, initial packaging. The ship is sinking, the top have their rafts, the rest are left to drown- this is their culture.

Pros

Great Benefits, PTO, Health, Dental, Vision Funds monthly events to show the employees company appreciation Ask for employees input on how to make positive changes within the company Properly trains new hires Compensates well for travel expenses I have a fantastic CSA Manager and CSA Supervisor who I feel takes time to answer my questions and assist me when needed

Cons

Due to growth, communication to different departments can be difficult. Sometimes I do not know who to go to for a particular issue and get passed around until I find the right department. When returning from PTO I have double the work. *This was addressed in a company survey and they are working on resolving this issue. One possibility is to assign a colleague to assist and complete tasks while employee is on PTO.
