Pros

Easy to get time off, provides free employee luncheons, company gives to charities.

Cons

Very poor management. You can only move up if you becomes close friends with someone in a higher position. It's a dog eat dog environment where everyone is out for themselves. Seems more like being in high school than a professional environment. Internal HR is a joke which is very bad considering this is a company that sells HR services. If you do your job well you will be stuck and not able to move to a new department or role due to your manager not wanting to step up, you will do your job plus theirs. Very undervalued employees and low wages.

Pros

The best colleagues ever. A lot of TriNetters genuinely love their jobs and the company. Pay is decent, but with the emphasis on sales, the workhorses in other departments are neglected. ESPP, Good benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of burnout, especially in Client Services where the colleagues feel underpaid, overworked, and unappreciated. Lack of training makes for a handful of colleagues running around the office answering the questions of new colleagues. Upper management in client services is really out of touch.
