Pros

Ample free parking in a well light parking lot. Staff are mostly well trained and helpful with exceptions.

Cons

Manaagement is too thinly spread with duties to be effective. Some staff are difficult to work with & unfair in the treatment of new staff. This behavior is not addressed by management, although they are aware of this issue. Orientation program is not adequate. Break times are unfairly monitored by management. Management is not always available when staff need assistance. Facility does not have adequate storage. Turnover assistance is not generally available between cases, but management doe$ not address the issue. Management does not address staff issues.
