      Employees are a tightly knit team that seem to really value and support each other. Longer tenure gives opportunity to climb the corporate ladder.

      Cons

      Staffing is a huge problem for the entire medical center. Employees are overworked. management doesn't care or has no clue. quality of care for patients is substandard. Most poorly-staffed place I've worked.
