Pros

The clinical staff are great. Everyone truly cares about providing the best healthcare to each and every patient.

Cons

The CEO is a micromanager who doesn’t trust her directors or managers to do their jobs. People are just a number to her. Staff turnover is at an all-time high at Southern Hills and division leadership isn’t doing anything to address it. There is very little communication from administration and very little access to the CEO. If you need a job where you can just punch a time clock and go home without feeling like you are part of something bigger, then this is the place for you.
