Pros

Work close to home for a good company. Research academic needs. Communicate with managers, financial POC, students and universities. Assist in giving employees opportunities to further their education.

Cons

Gate is closed so I drive further than I'd have to drive. More meetings. More responsibility.

Pros

Very family oriented in a great way. I would say that this is one of the best places I have worked in my career. The staff is very knowledgeable and you feel like you matter.

Cons

I wanted to work closer to AZ, but things didn't work out on my part. I would highly recommend this company though.
