1. Fun working culture and supportive technical environment within a team. 2. Other perks like perkopolis, etc.

Cons

1. Do not approve of CEO and his abusive language. Zero scope of pitching any idea to him. 2. Random firing. Sales team is completely incompetent and can't bring projects, engineers are getting fired as a result. 3. Most of the clients are "friends" of CEO and engineers have to put up with unreasonable demands for deadlines and work stack. 4. Ideas are asked and terms like - innovation, tribe, etc. are promoted. But never implemented. 5. HR team doesn't care much about employees, mostly just travelling to job fairs and luring in young graduates. 6. Engineering Managers pretend to care, but they are mostly about putting company policies first.
