Success seems tied more to who gets the best leads rather than merit, with top sellers benefiting from favorable lead allocation. It’s frustrating when hard work doesn't get the recognition it deserves, especially when it feels like the system is designed unfairly. It’s sad to see how much things have shifted from that initial optimism
