Pros

- The people you work with and those around you in general are really down to earth and make the days pass by much quicker. - The opportunities to move either across the business so you can experience different areas. - There are many opportunities for progression up in the business. - Early finish on Friday (and free food!) - Great recognition and appreciation scheme - Relaxed work attire (smart casual) - Great opportunity for placement students to get introduced into the industry - Opportunity for 3 days a year paid to help volunteer for 2 of the charities Trident supports - Overtime is available when there is a demand for extra hours to be worked (completely optional)

No cons - a genuinely nice place to work
