      Fine if you like overtime and 70s era attitudes.

      Pros

      Interesting enough for an office job. Easy enough to leave at the office and forget about (when you're allowed home on time).

      Cons

      Was told when hired that I would very occasionally have to work weekends when in fact hours of overtime are expected every week; you will be constantly pressured if you do not agree to it. They are not the progressive company they pretend to be - after complaining about a colleague's daily racist and homophobic remarks he was promoted! I also witnessed frequent 'jokey' sexual harassment of younger female employees that went unaddressed. A very clique-y company where favourite employees who toe the company line get promoted.

      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement and travel. Stable, growing company with good job security. The people that are good, are very good... and they are generous with advice.

      Cons

      Some will see this as a positive - people who under-perform are given numerous chances to improve (too many).
