Excellent opportunities to develop a career or even change direction completely for those willing to put the work in. I've worked here a very long time (20 years) and what I've noticed most is as Trident has increased in size and scope it has managed to maintain a 'small approach'. It still feels like the same company I joined back in '98

None that I can think of.
