Good hands on work experience for entry-mid level workers (ability to have a lot of responsibility and try new things)

Cons

Zero diversity on the executive management team, outdated systems, often gossip and conflict between departments

Some cool people work here.

Cons

I've worked a few places in my life, but this place was my least favorite. Why? I'm trying to be nice, so let's leave it at that I prefer to work for a company that actually cares about its people and doesn't run things like it's still 1980. Most who come to work at Trident from another bigger company should be prepared to be disappointed.
