About the same as any other cannery. However they're losing customers to the new Cannery (Silver Bay)

Pros

Very accommodating if you're a top boat or you know some of the higher up people in the company. Provide lots of tender boats of the water so you don't have to travel far to sell your fish.

Cons

Prices need to stay competitive with other canneries. Make a lot of excuses about why they don't pay as well as some other canneries.

Year round employment despite the recession with jobs available around the country anyone looking for work should just go to the website and apply!

Cons

Length of time spent away from home. It is very difficult to maintain a family when the job requires your absence from home for months at a time
