      Pros

      Colleagues are very welcoming and easy to work with. Business always seems to be improving rapidly. Great benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Communication company-wide needs improvement. Issues with micromanagement in some departments.

      Initially great, but then as time goes by everything goes downhill.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great, great benefits, retirement plan is great after working for 2 years to receive your money and most co-workers are great to work with.

      Cons

      HR Department needs a change and one is not comfortable going to HR with a situation. Upper management is not truthful with how well the company is doing, therefore layoffs came as a shock. No training provided for career growth. Hire Project Managers, and engineers that can actually produce products that the company can sell to make a profit.

      Pros

      The employees are generally competent and friendly. The pay is decent for the area with options for hybrid or remote work. Designing for space flight is an interesting challenge.

      Cons

      Leadership since purchase by private equity in 2023 has been poor and struggling to execute the visions they present in all hands meetings. The C suite seems mostly interested in big goals and forgets that small steps still have to happen to achieve anything. This manifests mostly as chaotic program direction and unrealistic contract timelines.
