Pros

Professional and friendly people with whom to work. Colleagues are helpful and work together as a team, providing quality products and services to their customers. Based upon outstanding corporate reputation, business is growing and expanding. Trident also offers great opportunities for advancement and a good benefits package to it's employees.

Cons

Working in the field at customer locations causes a sense of disconnection from the main office. Getting to know colleagues outside of those you work with directly can take time and personal effort.

Pros

-Amazing benefits package. Retirement package is a SEP IRA. And health is paid 80%. -Small business environment is great for motivated engineers who want to try many different things or gain exposure to other areas. -R&D background has transitioned into some unique products with long term potential. -Trident likes to promote from within. If you do good work, they will find a way to reward you. -Trident has some smart engineers who know their arena very well.

Cons

-Some employees are entrenched in their jobs, but not doing them well. -Some divisions are managed horribly, and it shows in their work product. -Small company with the bureaucracy of a large company. Many things are over complicated or not honestly understood. -Some management think everyone must be micromanaged because some employees can't identify priorities properly.
