Pros
Good pay, decent benefits, flex hours, bonuses, 401k and profit sharing. Rare to be laid off, even when slow.
Cons
Pay for parking, older building so ac and heat not always balanced. Max yearly raises at 2%, in house mgmt needs improvement

- Very open culture of work - No politics within the company - Good salary - Open culture make it easy for you to innovate your own ideas. - Staff is very clever, efficient, helping in nature
