      Good Company for Contractors

      Pros

      Company has a good enough clientele to help you survive for a few years. Company is growing and has recorded great profit in last couple of years.

      Cons

      Company does not promote career planing for full time employees which get deputed on site on contract basis. This should hopefully change with new management and HR in action.

      Pros

      Company is growing. Good opportunity to learn. Senior Management is a mix of youth and experience. Encourages employees to think independently. Located at Seepz which is close to western and central suburbs. 5 day week. Lots of improvement in facility.

      Cons

      Nothing much except that the company has formal dress code from Monday to Thursday.
