      They will pay you on time

      Cons

      This is no place for intelligent, hard working people to be employed. The management is just a bunch of "do nothing", anti-motivational, and should have been retired and fired long ago. Not sure who has a wild card on who in this company, but the SVP really needs to get out of the way for the company to ever make a profit. It is no wonder that the office staff turns over every 18 months on average. RUN RUN RUN

      Pros

      They can poor it on when courting you. Office looks like a plesant place to work. Everyone is very friendly when interviewing.

      Cons

      Can not trust a word upper management tells you and they are very shrewd. They are all about themselves and their bonuses. Some of the slimeyest people you will ever meet. They will lie to you and beat you down. They have been passing the same dead accounts from sales person to sales person for years. They would never let a good lie get in the way of a sale. They over promise and under deliver to their clients. Watch your back, they are very quick to lawyer up if you cross their path.
