      Have government projects. Higher chances of enhancing skills.

      Cons

      Pros can be cons as well. Client forces to work late nights and also on weekends and at times it seriously affects the mental health. Trigyn doesn’t take responsibility of this. If you are ready to put in that extra effort you can opt this. No work life balance if you get a government project.
